It all started with the TV show tosh.0, the host (who thinks that he is funny) told the audience to try and search the term "Demi Moore" in combination with the "George Bush". Of course, those who watched his show tried it and they many of them were led by the search engines to an old image of Demi Moore which is NSFW.
