Cash for Clunkers Bill

In almost any country where democracy rules, the congress and the senate do not always agree. Look at what is happening to the Cash for Clunkers bill, the US Congress has poured another billion dollars on it to keep it on while there are those who say that it's a waste of taxpayers money. For those who do not see it in a good light, the Cash for Clunkers bill "should not offer excessive amounts of taxpayer dollars to woo people to take those new vehicles off the showroom floors." Some people are suggesting that it would be good to just keep the program but less benefit should be given, say $2,000. What is being given now is too attractive that is why the first billion dollars that was allocated to the program was easily exhausted.
