Michael Phelps is still the best out there and he has proven it by beating the Serbian Milorad Cavic in the Men's 100 Meter Butterfly at the World Championships in Rome. Phelps has beaten Cavic in the Beijing Olympics but Cavic did not really accept that defeat by saying that he failed to put as much pressure on the touchpad which records time as Phelps. Now this time, what will Cavic say? Phelps has set another world record here.
