Why is the Roy Jones Jr vs Bernard Hopkins video now hot in the web when in fact the fight was somewhat a disappointment. Before the fight yesterday there was a lot of excitement but on fight day it turned out that the match isn't that exciting at all. What could you expect from two 40ish boxers? The fight was not hot, too little action to appease the blood-hungry audience. Aside from the disappointment in the action in the ring (Hopkins won by unanimous decision by the way)the fight turned out to be a financial let down for the two boxers, it seems that $7 million (the amount needed to pay the two boxers) is too difficult to reach, it seems that people nowadays do not want to part with their money for some boxing match, not unless if it is a Manny Pacquiao match.
