There are reports coming into Tweeter that a major riot is taking place right now at the Chino State Prison which is also known as the California Institution for Men in San Bernardino, California. The Chino Prison riot is said to be caused by the altercation between Hispanics and African-Americans at the prison (this is unconfirmed yet. There are no reported death as of now. More on this later on when more tweets about it come.
