The woman who was attacked and badly deformed by a chimpanzee earlier this year was on Oprah. Charla Nash showed the world how her face was literally erased by the chimpanzee. She also lost her hands, the chimp has ripped them off her. Charla was only trying to help her friend (the owner of the chimp) to retrieve some keys that the chimp had taken. The friend requested her to come to her house to help her with the chimp. But the chimp attacked Charla and almost killed her. Her friend called 911 and the police officer who responded killed the chimp.

Monkeys are monkeys. Even humans, when triggered, can get out of control. Luoy man s'ya, but I admire Charla Nash for her strength & courage to show herself out on national T.V. just to warn the people and tell her story. I'm hoping that she will be able to receive continuous love, support & concern for a long, long time. Mabuhay ka Charla!
