Helen Philips, I really admire this woman, she was able to do what most of us find it almost impossible to do--lose a lot of weight. It is normal to gain some weight after giving birth, and as we age we add more weight. Of course, we want to maintain our sexy figure but motherhood has its sacrifices and one of those is our figure. But I am inspired by Helen Philips and what she has achieved. Sh was able to lose a lot of impossible pounds.
