Orionid Meteor Showers 2009

Meteor Showers 2009
Orionid Meteor Showers 2009. Pray that the skies would be clear tonight (but I doubt that it would be in my area because now it is very cloudy) because there will be a meteor shower tonight. Tonight is the peak of the annual Orionid meteor showers which happens from October 17 to October 25. It is said that this year's meteor showers are very visual because of the very close to Erth comet dust. The comet dust comes from Halley's comet. Because tonight is the peak night of the showers, you can expect to see 30 to 200 meteors every hour. Wow, many wishes will be fulfilled with that number of shooting stars!
