Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 2009, annual free music festival which is sponsored and subsidized by San Francisco venture capitalist Warren Hellman, will kick off today. This festival used to be pure for blue grass music but through the years more and more music styles were added that is why it is now known as "Hardly Strictly Bluegrass" with the word "hardly" added to it to.
