Neda Iran

I have just seen a very heartbreaking video footage of an Iranian girl after she was shot during a protest in Iran. Iran is in turmoil now and people would like to change the system. The video shows a girl sprawled on the street, she was shot on the chest. Her family tried to save her but she died. While the camera was recording her, she looked straight at it so we can see the expression on her eyes, then blood begins gushing out of her mouth and nose and her face was eventually covered with blood. You see the look of death in her open eyes; and her father shrieks in anguish in the background. It is at this moment in the video that the viewer's heart is really broken, it is as if you are also there. The girl in the video is known only as Neda and her video has become the voice of the Iranian people in their struggle for change. The video is very graphic that is why I am not posting it here, but if you want to wear a broken heart for a week, you can check the video out here but view it only if you can manage a broken heart.

An idea can be the most powerful thing, espeacly when the idea is to crush the hand that holds you down, For Neda the street where she was shot this street should be named Neda Street, and may all justice show light. USA and Britain watch with their diplomacy and china and russia shake hands with scum of the earth, our aryan homeland has been taking, we must take it back and be rid of the ayatollahs for good. free iran to all persains, for Neda and Cyrus the Great take our aryan land back.. help help help

They may soon find out, as did others such as Ceacescu in Romania, that the blood spilt will be their own. That is the cost when a government uses the police and army to control and kill the people. An army of 100,000 is nothing to a people of 10,000,000!

Diplomacy is the best and only action. The last time the US interfered with Iran ('53) you had a repressive regime (worse than this one) and then the revolution of '79. The people of Iran must do this on their own for it to be done right. Outside interference will only bring more trouble.

Young people everywhere can do their part to help in this movement. Keep the messages going, and the attention to the issue. The people of Iran need to know we are working for them on the 'outside'.

Neda will not be forgotten.

Neda is now similiar symbol to Janek Wisniewski, who was killed in 1970 by commie's militia. We won our freedom in 89, after long battle with pro-soviet governement, and many protestants had been killed before that. Win your freedom, and don't lose your faith. It's worth of it.

"Ballad of Janek Wisniewski"

To those who came all over, father and sons,
today the militia used guns,
We stood so bravely, aiming gamely,
Janek Wisniewski fell.
They bore his body on Swietojanska (street)
Againts the cops and the tanks.
Shipyard boys avenge his death.
Janek Wisniewski fell.
Gas is now part of the attacks,
blows rain down on worker backs,
Children and women are falling too
Janek Wisniewski fell.
One is wounded, antother killed,
winter's dawn, blood was spilled.
The state is shooting at workers,
Janek Wisniewski fell.
Shipyard workers across the country,
go home the fight is over.
The world learner, but is silent,
Janek Wisniewski fell.
Don't cry mothers, you must now
the yard has a flag with a red bow,
From bread, freedom, and our Poland
Janek Wisniewski fell.
Don't cry mothers, it's not for nothing,
The flag with red bow, is now floating
From bread, freedom, and our Poland
Janek Wisniewski fell.

People all over the world are sick and tired of the middle eastern conflict. If they are so HOLY, why can't they come to a peaceful resolution? Something is seriously wrong. The world is horrified by the loss of innocent blood. That should not happen in civilized world!

It is really sad to think that in this day and age people cannot settle their differences in a civilized manner. The world is horrified with what is going on in Iran. Who does this president think he is? God? I would like for him to know that people all over the world are sick and tired of the wars and conflict in the Middle East. My God, can't they settle it peacefully?

Fascists, communists, islamists or whatever-ists... Here is another proof that totalitarian systems are essentially all the same, no matter what the underlying dogma is.
It is no surprise that the suppreme leader and his small band of followers does everything to keep their hold on power - including the massacre of their own folk.

The current iranian events remind me so much of the first days of the Hungarian revolution of 1956. Those thays our country was suffering under the worst form of communist dictatorship imaginable... Until one fine day, the people just started protesting on the street in masses. As expected, this did not keep the party's paramilitary troops to shoot on the unarmed people - only to fuel their anger. As the army sided with the rebels, the revolution crushed the communist government within mere weeks - in order to provide freedom of speech and democracy.
Too bad, this did not last very long - with the americans turning their back on our country, Russians crushed the revolution in the following moth with the help of the Red Army...

Should Iran's history take a fortunable turn in the future, heroes like Neda would really deserve a memorial. A statue to remember her sacrifice for all persians. She has given her life - among many other, dreaming of a better future.

We envy you Hungarians, you are free. We Chinese, June 4, 1989 Beijing massacre has been over for 20 years, but China is still a totalitarian country.

Such a terrible and shocking video.
Those images are burned in my brain now. I don't think I ever want to see it again, and yet everyone should see it.

I've been posting events from the iranian election into a timeline so it's easy to see the progression http://timelines.com/topics/2009-iranian-presidential-election
