Okay, almost every woman past the age of 25 have problems with maintaining their figure. The belly is one of the most difficult to control especially if you have been pregnant. There's a book now entitled Flat Belly Diet written by Liz Vaccariello and Cynthia Sass, the editors of health magazine Prevention. The book is based on what is called MUFA or Monounsaturated Fatty Acids. According to the book, every meal should have the MUFA content which ideally replaces the saturated fat content of the food. The book also implies the importance of exercise in the fight against bad belly.
