The Kodak CX7300 Digital Camera Is Kodak's Affordable Camera

Taking photos is something that nearly everyone loves doing. I remember one of my first cameras, the Kodak instamatic; I am sure many of you can recall or even owned one of these cameras. When I was young, I wasn't even permitted to look at my parents' "good" camera, let alone take picturess with it. Naturally, that was then and this is now, and nowadays digital camera have become affordable for everyone. For Kodak, its entry into inexpensive cameras is the CX7300 3.2 mega pixel model, and it is a terrific value. Only a few years ago, to obtain a 3.0 mega pixel or greater camera, you would have to pay no less than $250. These days, the prices are less, especially when you can find them on sale. As a matter of fact, you can buy used ones quite cheap.

Lots of individuals are simply looking for a camera for posting good quality photographs online and this camera is perfect for that. You really don't need a higher quality camera for this purpose so why on earth would you spend more money for one?. And although this camera is more inexpensive than most, you will discover that there are some quality features included. They include 3.2 million pixels, 3x digital zoom, 1.6 inch color display, red-eye reduction, self timer, color modes, multiple scenes mode, movie mode, 16 MB internal memory, and easy share software. And you will have a tough time finding a digital camera that is easier to use than this Kodak camera.

You will be astonished at the quality of the Kodak CX7300, especially when you discover you can get it for about $100. While the ease of use makes this camera ideal for the novice, the quality of the camera is good even for a more practiced photographer. You even get a pretty good battery life, which is amazing for the price of the Kodak CX7300. You can even shoot photos in color or in black and white and the quality is great with either. If you opt not to use a memory card, you will still be able to snap and store over 65 photos with the Kodak CX7300's built-in memory. Of course, if you place the setting on the best quality, you will only be able to take 17 photographs.

But even when you are using the lowest quality setting, you will discover the photos still look terrific. When you have the camera on auto setting, the flash will automatically work if there is not enough light where you are taking the picture. You can even take a look at the photos you just took on the LCD display screen and delete them if they are not great. You can create silent movie clips also. I say silent as there is no microphone to record the voices. The manual itself is really easy to go through and you will also receive software for your laptop to help you to organize and share your photos. The camera itself is so user-friendly that many people don't read the manual for a couple of weeks as they can use the camera without it.

As is common with electronic gizmos, you will see good reviews and bad reviews. Although you will come across bad reviews, for the most part, a lot of users liked the Kodak CX7300. Personally, I believe that the reason there are many negative reviews is simply because users who purchased it were expecting all the features that they would get in a $500 camera..
