We had a simple dinner last Saturday to celebrate Hearts Day. My Husband and I prepared eachother dinner meaning we both cooked and prepared for it at home c: We both enjoyed and was satisfied of our finished product. It really tasted good :9 So I decided to share the recipe around c: We hadn't got the time to have a shot of our shrimps because we were so hungry after cooking it so I had this lovely picture instead from Kirk's mmm- Yoso!!! blog c: Thanx so much for your pic c:

You will need...
12 large shrimps (it depends on how much you want to prepare)

vegetable oil for deep frying
Let's cook...
1. Remove heads and shells from shrimps without removing tails.
2. Devein the shrimps.
3. Make two or three incisions in the stomach sides of the shrimps to straighten them.
4. Lightly press the back of shrimps to straighten.
5. Remove the dirt from the tails of shrimps, using a knife.
6. Make tempura batter.
7. Heat the oil.
8. Dip the shrimps in the tempura batter.
9. Fry the shrimps until crisp.
10. Dry shrimps on paper towels.
11. Serve with your favorite sauce.
*I had an improvised sauce that I invented and it tasted well with what we prepared we really had a hearty meal :9
I even found a Japanese recipe from About.com and how to prepare food with complete pictures on how to make it step by step. Here's the site... About.com. : Japanese Food
