The Utah earthquake that struck the Wyoming-Utah state line on Thursday afternoon was a "moderate" earthquake according to seismologists. There were no reports of damage or casualty. The quake was 4.5 magnitude and the epicenter was 5 miles from Randolph, Utah which is in the North/East corner of the state about 70 miles east of Logan.
