What you need:
1/2 kilo milk fish (or any kind of fish you desire)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 pcs. medium onions (cut into rings)
2-3 pcs chilis (as many as you like)
1 pc ginger (julienne cut)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp.soy sauce
1 tbsp.brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Let's cook...
Put all ingredients inside the pan.
Let it boil.
Simmer until the fish is cooked.
